A New Zealander who works for the company says the device has a “realistic” interface and that the network-based functionality of the company’s cable- TV service is an improvement over the company he previously worked for.
He said the device will cost about $40 and can be bought for $300 from the company.
MediaX launched the device last week, and said in a statement that it will be available to all customers in India by the end of this month.
“This device is a real-time and network-agnostic solution to the network connection issues we have seen in India.
The device is fully customizable and it offers multiple configurations and connectivity options,” the company said in the statement.
Mediax is a company based in Wellington, New Zealand.
The company was founded in 2009 by former IT industry executives who are now based in New Zealand, the company confirmed.
“We’re launching our first product with a dedicated product team in New York.
We’re excited to share with you the progress and the vision we have for this product,” the statement said.
Media X, which also provides internet and TV service to India, said it has more than 500 customers in the country and has a customer base of 1.7 million people.
The network-connected device, the media-focused Wireless Network, connects to a TV via a USB cable and then can communicate with the TV and a network of devices that includes home automation and other entertainment devices.
The router, which will be priced at about $400, will offer “all the features of the MediaX network router,” the device’s description said.
The wireless device will be compatible with a wide variety of home automation devices.
A spokesperson for Media X did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The product will be “the most advanced wireless router product available in India,” the Wireless Network said.
“It can connect all the TV devices in your home, from remote control appliances to smart TVs, to home automation systems and to wireless network routers.
It can also control a wide range of devices including remote access devices, automation, smart thermostats and more.
The Wireless Network can be controlled via a smartphone or tablet, which is an excellent option for users who want to work remotely.”
The device was developed with the help of former IT professionals, and was developed in New South Wales, Australia, according to the company, which said it will launch a product in India in the next few months.
It is also planning to launch a device in India to offer the same functionality in India, the Wireless Group said.
