Apple has confirmed that its iPad Air 2 will be able to connect to Apple’s AirPort Extreme networking standard for a Wi-Fi network, but the router won’t feature an Ethernet port.
Apple has been looking to introduce new features and features for its upcoming iPad Pro line for some time now.
The Air and iPad Air Plus devices have a dual-core processor and 4GB of RAM.
The new iPad Pro and iPad Mini will support 802.11ac Wi-fi.
It’s not yet clear whether the iPad Air 4 and iPad Pro 5 will have 802.15.4 support, though it’s likely that they will.
The iPad Pro 10.5-inch and iPad mini 9.7-inch will have a higher-resolution display and higher-capacity battery, respectively.
The next iPad Pro tablet is expected to be announced at Apple’s September 10 event in San Francisco.
