A couple of weeks ago, the Zika virus outbreak started spreading throughout Brazil.
Now, we are getting reports of new cases and transmission cases of the virus in some parts of the country.
This was the situation just two weeks ago.
But now, with the Zika outbreak now underway, many Brazilians are waking up to the fact that this virus could be just as dangerous to them as the Zika epidemic.
I recently interviewed a friend of mine who works at the local hospital.
She was in the hospital for two days before she was able to come home.
She was in good health, but she was so nervous about her family.
She had never felt so afraid before.
The doctors and nurses in the emergency room had told her she was at a higher risk for infection.
And it was just a matter of time before she would catch it.
In the past, Brazilians have been able to avoid the spread of the Zika by staying indoors and staying away from people who are known to carry the virus.
But with the outbreak now in Brazil, many are worried that they may be at higher risk.
So what can you do to protect yourself from the virus?
Here are some things you can do:Stay inside as much as possible, and use mosquito nets.
If you do need to use a mosquito net, make sure you wear a mask and wear one every time you leave your house.
Keep your house in order and don’t leave it unattended.
Make sure to keep all your personal belongings in a locked room.
If you have a pet, take them to a veterinarian or quarantine center.
A quarantine center can be found at the airport.
A veterinarian can be reached at the city health department.
Bring mosquito repellent and other protective clothing.
A mask can help keep mosquitoes away.
And if you are staying in hotels or motels, you can wear a mosquito repelling mask.
It’s important to wear gloves while handling mosquitoes.
A pair of gloves can help protect you from the deadly virus.
Make your home comfortable and make sure your air conditioning is turned on and the windows are closed.
It may help if you have water nearby.
Make a plan to get to and from work.
Don’t bring your car or a boat to the beach if you can help it.
The virus is spreading quickly in some areas of the world.
